Regional Sales Manager

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Director in formulating sales strategy, sales plan and quantifying sales target in the region according to regional market development and strategic planning of the company
  • Establish the whole year’s regional sales cost budget, follow up on the monthly return plan
  • Design sub-regional sales plan to complete the company’s sub-regional sales tasks
  • Decomposition sub-regional sales tasks indicators, develop evaluation methods
  • Provide the relevant regional sales assessment methods, conduct performance appraisal
  • Organize and lead the regional sales team to hit the sales target, coordinate various market issues
  • Collect, analyse, summarize and inspect the assessment of sub-regional sales information
  • Assist Sales Director to analyse the regional market information and process daily import and export business, ensure the orders to be confirmed, delivered and tracked
  • Deal with the urgent case in the region and immediately response, feedback, communicate
  • Complete other tasks arranged by supervisors

Position Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience, preferred in photovoltaics industry
  • Business development experience of renewable energy projects are preferred
  • Welcome who have working experience and network resources in ASEAN region
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-started, motivated and proactive
  • Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel frequently in the region and to China
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
